Role Overview:​

As a Graphics Editor at Socio Palette, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling graphics and designs that align with our clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with our creative and content teams to ensure consistent and high-quality visual representation across all digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:​

– Develop innovative and creative design solutions for digital marketing campaigns, social media assets, website graphics, and promotional materials.​ – Interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.​ – Maintain brand consistency and quality standards throughout all design projects.​ – Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute effective visual communication strategies.​ – Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.​

Requirements:​

– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a marketing agency or related field.​
– Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Social Media Manager at Socio Palette, you will lead the development and implementation of social media strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving community engagement to enhance brand visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:​

– Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs.
– Manage and curate content calendars across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Create and publish engaging social media content, including text, image, and video posts.
– Monitor social media channels for trending topics and opportunities for real-time engagement.
– Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize strategy and campaign performance.
– Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align social media activities with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

Requirements:

As an Ecommerce Analytics Specialist at Socio Palette, specializing in marketplace analytics (Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc.), you will be pivotal in driving data-driven insights to optimize our clients’ online sales and performance across various ecommerce platforms. You will analyze marketplace data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to enhance product visibility, sales conversion, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:​

– Develop and implement ecommerce analytics strategies specifically tailored for marketplace platforms (Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc.).
– Analyze marketplace data to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
– Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve product listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management on marketplaces.
– Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and market trends within specific ecommerce platforms.
– Collaborate closely with marketing teams to integrate marketplace analytics into overall digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
– Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central analytics, Meesho Suppliers, Flipkart Seller Dashboard) to extract and visualize data effectively.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in ecommerce analytics, preferably with a focus on marketplace platforms (Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc.).
– Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and best practices for product visibility and sales optimization.
– Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketplace-specific analytics tools.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
– Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making processes.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
